Waiver of any provision within this Agreement doesn't extend to waiving other conditions unless expressly stipulated. The Information and Features presented on this Site are subject to change without prior notice. By accessing or linking to this Site (as far as linking is permitted), you accept the risk of potential Information alterations or removal from the Site.
**MODIFICATIONS**
We retain the right to:

**VARDHAN AYURVEDA REFUND GUARANTEE**
The Vardhan Ayurveda Customer Product Refund Policy covers Vardhan Ayurveda Products. If a product is defective, customers can return it within seven days from delivery for a full refund. This policy applies to marketable, unused products with an invoice. It doesn't apply to intentionally damaged or misused products.
**YOUR INFORMATION AND PRIVACY**
